There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Birdhouse on the Lake is located on 39 wooded acres on Lake Livingston! You have wonderful lake sunset views, woods to explore, and space to make memories and relax! The entire house was remodeled in Fall of 2021! A new AC unit was installed as well. The house has a game room, outdoor yard games, and a fire pit! We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!)
