Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

Fairhope Garden Room

Experience the quaint, picturesque town of Fairhope, Alabama on the gulf coast from this super CLEAN, private attached guest apartment. (250 sq. ft.) The bedroom has a queen bed with plush mattress, luxurious private bath with separate bathtub and shower as well as a private deck. Enjoy a private entrance in one of Fairhope's original cottages built in 1904. We are the fourth house from the bay (South Beach Park) and 1/2 mile to shopping and dining in downtown Fairhope.

Tucked away in a private staircase Downtown Fairhope. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, sink and stove. The apartment offers comfortable seating, work or dining table for two, and a full bath with a shower. In the living area, there is a queen bed and small dining table. The flat has a balcony with an outdoor sofa + chairs overlooking Fairhope Ave! Unique space, crafted in detail, in the center of everything!

Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
