Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

It is within walking distance to the town where you will find award-wining restaurants and pubs, a market and independent shops. Only two miles to Dartmoor National Park. There is a decked terrace, two large balconies and a private garden leading to a floating pontoon and secluded pebble beach all exclusively for guests. Very cosy with an open fire from an old ship and the house is full of antiques. Plenty of beaches, walks, ferries and activities nearby. Open fire Dogs welcome. Monday and Friday check ins.

This is a perfect base to explore the South West and Dartmoor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room. A beautiful bathroom with a clawfoot bath and a separate wet room shower, and two bedrooms (1 single). Please note, there are no laundry facilities.

The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth. The interior is quirky and cosy, with lots of unique features such as a vaulted bedroom ceiling. The cottage is petite, set over 3 floors and built in the 18th century. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.

Cottage, with Inglenook and Waterside+Moor Views

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
