This gem of a revived fisherman's cottage is nestled on the beach & provides 180-degree views of unspoiled White Horse Beach on the Atlantic Ocean with uninterrupted views of sea, sky, sunrises, & sunsets. It is THE spot to relax, walk the beach, watch the ships, stargaze, or enjoy a meal oceanside. Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Cottage by the Bay

Cottage in Fairhaven, perfect for a vacation for a small family, a romantic getaway or a home away from home if you are in the area for business. Enjoy all a vacation has to offer. During warmer weather, walk to the public beach and boat ramp - swim, sun, boat. Spend evenings by the outdoor fireplace. When it is cold out side, enjoy parks, museums, arts and cultural events, with evenings spent enjoying hot chocolate in front of the gas stove as the fire blazes providing a cozy warmth.

The beach stairs were recently pulled (October 11) up for the remainder of the season due to Nor’easter.
