Experience a 'Secluded Forest Retreat' with our comfortable high ceiling rooms facing the pond and forest. All rooms have private bathrooms and are furnished with antique furnitures, Tempur beds with 100% cotton sheets and towels, all custom woven for Meyana. The building was build in 1885 and was completely renovated in 2017. Since the building is made of masonry, it is cool in summers and warm in winters. Rezidence Palmbaum byla postavena roku 1870 a je součástí lázeňské zóny v Karlových Varech. Jedná se o unikátní stavbu, která byla citlivě zrekonstruována v rokokovém stylu a to jak exteriér, tak interiér. Vila má 225m2 obytné plochy, 4 ložnice, prostorný obyvák, jídelnu i kuchyň, vlastní saunu, zahradu a parkování na pozemku. Veškeré použité materiály jsou v nevyšší možné kvalitě. Okna i dveře a jsou bezpečnostní a v celé vile je instalován zabezpečovací systém napojený na Safeguard service.

Ein Historisches Haus mit fünf Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern (Badewanne und Dusche) und einem Wohnzimmer mit einer gemalten Decke aus der Barockzeit (ca. 1650). Bei dem Tisch in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit einem einzigartigen Kachelofen mit Schlafgelegenheit können bis zwölf Personen Sitzen. Umgeben mit einem großen Garten mit Grillgelegenheit.
