It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. What a view!, first words of our visitors when arrive to Calma on the Babin Kuk hill, in Lapad area. Close to beaches, bars and restaurants, surrounded by green, green pine wood. Famous Old Town is just 10 minutes bus ride. Great for enjoy in tranquility, walks along the coast, exploring number of beaches close to apartment. Ideal for people who do not mind the stairs. Although, whole Dubrovnik is hilly and, more or less, about the stairs. Free parking: 1-2 km far from the apartment.
