1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. The cottage has one king room with ensuite bath. There is also a 1/2 bath off the living room. Queen size sofa in living room. Smart streaming tv in bedroom and livingroom. Huge kitchen with modern appliances. Private secure back patio for your pet, and shared front patio with outdoor grill and bar b que.

Enjoy kayaking, beach walks, pickle ball, golf, whale watching or wine tasting, and return to watch the indigo night sky while sitting by a warm fire on the patio. My dog Colby, a friendly Australian Shepherd, lives upstairs with me.

It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.
