Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The closest TWRA trail is 3/4 mile from the driveway. The Eternal Flame trail head is 3.5 miles. Brimstone is a 3 mile ride via ATV authorized route to trail 25. With direct access to Brimstone trails, you won't have to trailer to your favorite place to ride. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone via Norma Rd. Takes about 15 mins. We are located in the royal blue unit. The Happy Horse Farm Hotel is a beautiful newer construction home with lots of room and a great view of the adjoining horse farm on the back of the property. Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!
