Come spend a night or a the whole weekend at the Eagle cabin just a short walk from Big Sugar Creek. You can’t beat this updated yet rustic getaway, spend one of your days kayaking or tubing and the next on a hike, head over to the local distillery for a drink or bring your bike to the park to make the most of your trip. The options are endless! With just a short drive to the NWA area you can even have some city fun if you wish! Creek access and shuttles included with stay through Sugar Island.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
