Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. Studio has dishes and glasses, pots, pans, utensils, linens, etc. The apartment has a kitchenette with a table top burner with two burners (no oven) a medium-sized fridge, microwave, convection oven & coffee maker. Furnishings: Full-sized bed (new as of June 2024), table, chairs, bookcases, wardrobe. French doors lead to patio; new appliances and small shower, TV and cable/internet.
