View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. Enjoyable even on rainy days - relax on the leather chaise and watch a video or curl up in the sunny corner with a good book

You have a separate entrance from your sunny deck looking out to the street over the front garden. The kitchenette is designed for the convenience of travellers light meal preparation only. Renovated, bathroom ceiling & floor heating, comfort of 2 ceiling fans, A/C, WIFI, TV, BT speaker, purified water. Secure screens for breezes.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Studio Lu.

Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Listen for koalas grumbling at night and awaken to a chorus of bird calls. Walk the waterfront path thru the koala reserve to Poyers restaurant. Watch for dolphins taking a breath. Ideal for kayaking. There’s Tanilba Golf Course just down the road. Flathead fishing is best just before hightide, right out in front. Please clean fish in sink by boatshed

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

Enjoy this beautiful water vista from an elevated location with level access to your accommodation and parking. Only a short stroll to Fly Point beach and Nelson Bay village. Offering a generous balcony with fantastic water views and stunning sunsets and dolphins will swim by. The balcony has a gate so it is safe for kids and dogs. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed, second with 2 King singles. Currently there is a construction site next door which they are nearing completion.

Olen Cabin is our fully equipped guest house, located in the 'back paddock' of our 100 acre property, overlooking lagoons, pasture and gum trees that line the property.  Olen contains one bedroom, one bathroom, a welcoming and light vibe, with fresh decor, chosen for comfort. The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among sprawling gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous heritage listed cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.

HighTide- luxury apartment, almost on the beach.

HighTide is a purpose built apartment and is relatively new to the holiday rental market. The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise. The main residence, where owners live, is waterfront and is on one of the most sought after stretches of sandy beach.
