Our Round House is located on a Rural Coastal Acreage, the edge of the Great Sandy Straits overlooking Fraser Island and the glorious blue waters on this area. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

"My booking calendar is open just for the April 2026 at the moment but if you are after a longer stay please message me with your dates". Little 1 bedroom cabin in our garden with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Small in size ( 27m2) but fully self contained. Located 40m away from our house and private. Not visible from the road. Our property is situated 1.4km walk from swimming beach or 4km from our marina. Supermarkets & fast food are 1.5km. Airport is 4.5km.

Palm View with a magnesium mineral pool Hervey Bay

Palm View is a 1 bedroom unit. with a private entry. You have your own bathroom, open plan, kitchen, and dining. It comes with ducted air con and ceiling fans. The sliding door leads out onto the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. The magnesium mineral pool feels silky and smooth on your skin and can help ease your aches and pains, a great way to relax and unwind. The pool is a shared space. There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

Self-contained Guest Suite - close to esplanade

A newly renovated guest suite close to coastal walks, cycling tracks and a cafe. Great for a cosy get away. The guest suite is fully self-contained with a modern homely feel. The separate bedroom has a kingsize bed and opens up onto the lounge and dining areas with a view of the garden. Your hosts (Mark and Kathy) live on site; however, the guest suite is private, with its own entrance.

The Little Green Cottage by the Sea

Your cottage is entirely self-contained on a beach front block at Dundowran Beach. Pet friendly with a modern kitchen, bathroom/laundry, spacious living area and verandah. Your view is of the cottage garden at the front of our property. Our block is a half acre with a good distance between our house and the cottage for privacy. 10 minutes drive into Hervey Bay.
