The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). A self-contained annex of 350 year old grade II listed country cottage in the beautiful Rutland village of North Luffenham, close to Rutland Water and historic towns of Stamford, Oakham and Uppingham. Accommodation is perfect for two or a small family with one child, consists of entrance hall with utilities leading up to double bedroom, and shower room on the first floor, and down to kitchen, lounge , working fireplace on the ground floor. An extra single bed available.
