This home away from home is located close to the park, hospital, Meade County Historical Museum, and the Dalton Gang Hideout. The Meade County Fairgrounds is located within a 5 minute drive. This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. There is a smart TV which is loaded with MANY streaming applications. Exercise Bike and workout DVD'S.

"18th Street Retreat" is located in Dumas Texas. This home has been completely remodeled. It’s a quick 45 minutes north of Amarillo, and less than 4 hours to the nearest Ski slops. This home is only 15-20 minutes to most Refineries, Gas Plants, and beef packing plants. Enjoy high speed internet and your favorite shows with a 55" smart TV. Casa de Cortez

We are in the process of repairing the exterior of the home due to tornado damage. Inside is clean and comfortable, but the outside has some minor damage. We do have a new fence. Our home is clean and comfortable. Perryton is in the process of recovering from the tornado 6/14/2023. All pets must be registered with guests. Guests must bring a crate for pets. Pets should not be allowed in home unsupervised.
