It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested.
