Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house. * Please note, there is a shared driveway. The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

The Peregian Beach Getaway has 3 bedrooms, 2/Queen sized beds, 1/ double bed with 1.5 bathroom equipped with all the kitchen necessities and appliances. The outdoor undercover deck is a lovely space to sit and relax. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Perfect location, only a 300m walk to beautiful Peregian Beach and Peregian’s main shopping square, restaurants, IGA and chemist.

Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

The home is in a quiet suburb so please be respectful of keeping noise down after 10pm. I live downstairs so please be aware this is not a house for partying.
