This townhome is newly renovated and includes a full kitchen, open living area, comfy bedrooms, and all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Located in a small & quiet, family friendly neighborhood, the home is convenient to several popular restaurants & bars, minutes from UWF & the interstate, and a scenic drive to downtown and Pensacola Beach! *Pet Fee: $25/pet. Welcome to the "Treehouse." Its a HEALING place. Everyone that comes here falls in love with the view. This oasis is smack dab in the middle of town. The beach is a short 15-20 min. drive. Located 9 minutes from downtown with amazing shops, dining and museums. Three large bedrooms, two baths with a relaxing soaker tub. Not to mention balconies off the master bedroom and living room. The forest behind here will give you that seclusion feel, along with turtles, fish, and incredible bird life.

Has Direct TV. If you plan to be messy or not clean up after yourself, please don't rent my beach house.
