Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

There are 3 bikes available for your use. We believe this is the prime location on Topsail Island! There are also pickleball courts, playground and church close by. Luxury furnishing and linens, fully equipt kitchen for those that love to cook. Beach chairs and a surf board available for your use.

Surf City Oasis - 4 min walk to the Atlantic

Admire the attention to detail in the home's remodel. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen make for a very spacious feel. Luxurious concrete shower. Master bedroom with breathtaking views and a walk-out porch that is perfect for sunset watching or sneaking out there for early morning coffee with a book. Second bedroom has a lofted space with a sleeping nook. The kids will fight over this space! Surf board and inflatable SUP with paddle to use while you’re here.

Coastal Home- Private Beach Access, Dock,Game Room

Hangin' Loose in Surf City is our piece of paradise at the beach, just a few miles south of the Surf City bridge. It's located on a quiet neighborhood street and is short walk to our neighborhood's private beach access or private day dock (no boat ramp) with direct access to the sound. The day dock is perfect to get use from the kayaks provided with your stay (4 single, sit-on-top kayaks), or come out to fish off of it! Must be 25 years old for rental.

Waterside Cottage 'HoriZen'

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
