You'll love this little beach house/dupIex. Available is the top level, which is the original house. (Owner has downstairs unit and will be there at times.) It's not large but definitely comfortable for four adults and decorated in mid century style. Its 5 minutes walk to water and General Store. Free wifi and streaming services. It has 2 comfortable queen beds. Up to 2 dogs allowed and the yard is securely fenced. You will see koalas and kangaroos in the vicinity. Kitchen is well equipped.

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Easy walk to boat ramp and jetty for swimming, fishing & dolphin spotting. You can often observe koalas and kangaroos around our property from the large deck. My husband and I have a granny flat downstairs which is completely separate to your space upstairs.
