The Luxury Loft is perfect for one person or a couple. The stylish surfer vibe loft is adjacent to the main house with a separate entrance. Located 2 miles from Folly Beach, walking distance to a grocery store, and 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Spacious shower, kitchen with hot plate, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender. It has Wifi and smart TV with a split unit A/C. Off-street parking space for one and one space street parking. Beach vibes without all the crowds.

Located directly across from beach with a path from the frontyard to the beach. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear.
