Rabac, 'The Pearl of the Kvarner Bay', is situated on the eastern part of the peninsula. Town Pazin is only 12 km away with its fascinating picture of the medieval Castle of Pazin (Kaštel). Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The apartement is located in a small village named Muntrilj near Tinjan. Fully furnished apartment far away from city traffic. This apartment is a part of the house that has 2 additional apartments. One on the ground floor that can house 2 + 2 persons and another one at the first floor for 5 persons. You can find these apartements on my profile. You can book all 3 apartements at the same period for 11 persons.
