Εχει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο , μικρό καθιστικό και κουζίνα. Εχει θέρμανση και ψύξη , με μοντέρνα τουαλέτα, ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα όπως σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρο , ψυγείο, κουζίνα κ τα αντίστοιχα σκεύη για όλες τις χρήσεις. Το καλύτερο είναι πως δεν το πιάνει Θόρυβος της πόλης και έχει καλή ηχομόνωση, ενώ είναι και στο ισόγειο .

This cute studio is located on an organic farms 10km away from the center of Patras. It has the basic comodities, but includes comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful sunset, hike on the nearby hills and streams. Or walk around the farm, and try some of the season's produce. The farm produces wine, olive oil, oranges and mandarines and many kinds of fruit and vegetables. I live also on the farm, with my husband. We are a quite family and we love our farm.
