Newport town is just a 15 minute walk down the lane and is renowned as the pearl of the Pembrokeshire coastline. With the living area being upstairs you have a magical tree top sea view from every window.

A patio in the front to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine, and also to see the lovely sunset. At the back is a large garden with views of Carningli and parking.

Set within its own plot within the National Park with spectacular views over Newport Bay, Parrog, Nevern Estuary and the Preseli Mountains, it is ideally placed for exploring the stunning coast and countryside of Pembrokeshire. It has a pretty garden and seating area and parking for 2+ cars, there is also room for a small boat in the driveway if needed.
