Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

Shark Shack! Perfect bungalow for two people!

Off-the-grid, solar powered small studio with thatched roof has Starlink internet, a queen size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, hammock and a palapa shaded patio. Free parking is 2 small blocks away from the house. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cool box are provided. Dive shops, swimming beach and restaurants are located within 5 minutes walking distance. The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.

Casa Marino & Casa Henrietta - Family & Friends

Located in phase 3 of Cabo Pulmo, a 15 min-walk from the village and the beach, Casa Marino & Casa Henrietta are a quiet retreat for those seeking a respite from busy lives. Both houses are new and located on the same property, with their own parking / access, but close enough for families and friends to share the space. The houses are surrounded by mature trees and no immediate neighbours, but they are close enough to the beach, hiking trails, and everything else Cabo Pulmo has to offer.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Casa Goby #20

Small but spacious studio, ideal for solo travelers or couples. Limited A/C is available and can be operated for up to 12 hours total including night time. A/C can be more limited on cloudy days. Kitchenette set up to cook simple meals, beach gear is provided: chairs, umbrella and towels. Short 5 minute walk from dive shops, restaurants and swimming beach. This unit sits on the same lot as Casa Mexicana and parking is next to the house. Not set for children under 8 years old.
