Bragg) area, we offer a clean, safe, cozy and comfortable retreat. Our private, one-level space is designed with convenience in mind. There are no steps anywhere on the property, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages/abilities. We are proud to be a family-friendly, inclusive, pet-friendly, and EV-friendly property.

Unique efficiency suite completely remodeled as of November, 2020. This house is tucked away in a great neighborhood, making you feel like you are out in the woods on a private creekside retreat. You have 2 acres of creekside property all to yourself. Upgrades in the home include new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, gorgeous custom tilework in the bathroom, a fantastic covered deck overlooking the rear of the property and it is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

Perfect for family visits or small groups, this private Fayetteville suite comfortably accommodates up to three guests. Enjoy a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV in the bedroom, both with Netflix, Disney+, Premier, and Jellyfin. The bedroom features a king-size bed for two adults and an infant, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for one adult or two children. With a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, bathroom, laundry room, and enclosed yard, it’s perfect for any stay.

Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

Our tiny house features a separate bedroom with full bed, as well as a futon and a single inflatable sleeping mat. Prepare a quick meal with the kitchenette or outdoor grill and sit back and relax!

Close to I95, forest trail, sauna, grill, fire pit

This quiet escape: is next to the main house, with a private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and small pond. It is isolated from noise and the view of others. It is set in 11 ac. of woods with wood fire sauna, walking trail, outdoor dining area with grill and fire pit, and a loan for games and sunbathing. It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food.

Spacious 4BR 2Bath home with Movie Room

This spacious and stylish home is perfect for military families coming to visit Fort Bragg for anyone else passing through. The home is 10 minutes from Fort Bragg gates and the newly finished I295 highway. The location is great for anyone driving up and down I95 corridor who need a nice place to rest for the night (or 2) with all the pleasures of home. The fenced backyard also permits furry family members to come along (for an extra fee). A large movie-room is also included.

Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.

The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.
