Welcome to an amazing winter experience in our cozy guesthouse and sauna. Soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the guesthouse in front of the fireplace and turn on the diffuser to create the most relaxing evening! There are various aromatic oils to choose from. You can also make an outdoor fire in the large firepit. There is plenty of wood on site! Everything you need to unwind, relax and connect with nature! The floor is heated and the fireplace provides additional warmth to the loft bedroom.

Modern and private guest suite

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

A unique private cabin experience. Away from the noise of the busy city, a remote path leading to a lone cabin resting in a peaceful spot in the woods. Escape the busyness of everyday life to take a breath and relax. Float on the pond, take a hike through the woods or sit back on the porch and watch the sun set. This farm enriched environment provides an ambience that can only be achieved by rural living. This farm is home to horses, a donkey and now a mini donkey!!!. New BBQ grill included

Summer Cottage/ 3 Bedroom Bungalow

Enjoy your getaway in beautiful Grand Bend Ontario! Summer bookings in July and August are Friday to Friday weekly bookings ( 7 night minimum). The bungalow is comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. Comfy couch and two new comfy beds. Beautiful views from all the windows. The unit is private but is in a very quiet home.
