Come see the giant elephant seals on the shore near San Simeon or the sea otters in Morro Bay.

Secluded Ranch Tiny Home

Nestled in the hills of San Miguel and surrounded by oak trees, this tiny home is located on the Hogeland Family Ranch. It is tucked away in its own private corner of the 300+ acre ranch. This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.

Modern Townhouse near downtown and wineries

Enjoy this modern house for a trip to wine country. Located less than a mile from downtown Paso making for an easy drive or Uber ride to downtown and wineries. Master bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite bathroom. A half bath is also located upstairs as well as the kitchen and living room. Downstairs are the queen beds in their own rooms, with a full bathroom across the hall. Great space to cook dinners and a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and look out over West side vineyards.

Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

This is a beautiful studio apartment in the middle of a working 100 acre vineyard. A beautiful fresh water reservoir for swimming on the hot days, BBQ Grill and sand volleyball court makes this a special and peaceful getaway in wine country. There are neighboring wineries in the area, or you can head over to our Tasting Room (16.6 miles) in Templeton. This studio is just 15 min. from downtown Paso Robles and 7 min. from downtown San Miguel CA.

Beautiful trees and garden shared by our Victorian home. Our top of the hill location is great for stargazing. One added feature our pet Bison Aleshanee and Halona! Both Bison have unique personalities that fit their names.
