This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. Known for its water clarity, hard sand bottom, and few weeds. We are truly a premier destination for all. Winter enthusiasts can enjoy easy access to trails around the Park Rapids Area. Plus access to the lake for ice fishing. **Full dock access with power and plenty of room for trailer parking on site.

Grab groceries on your way in and spend the day enjoying some of the many outdoor adventures that northern Minnesota has to offer. In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.
