Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, διαμπερές με μπαλκονι και μπρος και πισω σε ήσυχη περιοχή στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέση στάθμεσης.Στα 100 μετρα θα βρειτε φουρνο,σουπερ μαρκετ,κρεωπολειο,εστιατορειο καφε.Στα 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια βρισκεται η παραλια κρυονερι και στα 5 λεπτα με το αυτοκινητο η οργανωμενη παραλια βαλτος.Στα 3 λεπτα με τα ποδια μπορεις να βρεθεις στα ομορφα σοκακια της πολης με τα μαγαζακια καθως και στα καφε-μπαρ-εστιατορια που βρισκονται διπλα στην θαλασσα.
