Mr. Takis' historic home is located on the shoreline of Kapsali, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. It's a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large living room area and kitchen. Traditional house in modern architecture, built in 2008 in the most beautiful part of Kythira, in Kapsali. The house is located near the beach. It is a two floor maisonette. The entrance is in the front where there is a living room with a fire place connected directly with the kitchen and a small wc. The reach on the upper floor is through internal stairs. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a balkony and a big terrace with magnificent sea view.
