Connected to my glass art studio is a bright, secluded visitors suite with a double bedroom, bathroom en suite, and off street parking. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a section of hot drinks as well as free wifi and Chromecast. A private sanctuary at the end of a cul de sac halfway between the city and Massey giving you easy access to local amenities. My garden hosts a lovely family of Tui who tumble and chat as they enjoy their feeders and the established native trees.

Private self-contained apartment with two bedrooms, open plan living, dining, kitchenette and bathroom. Master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom can be used as bedroom or as separate dedicated office. Portable cot available. Large floor to ceiling windows and sliding door in living area open into a private self-enclosed patio. Apartment has heatpump, is fully insulated and double glazed throughout. TV has NZ Freeview. Wireless and wired Internet access throughout.

Location Location

"Location Location" is a charming cottage built in the 1950's and relocated to the rear section in the 1970's. In early 2024 she received a makeover which included a totally new kitchen and updated bathroom. She was then furnished through out. The cottage is extremely private, and we a lucky that our neighbors are private and quiet. Some of the cottage charm extends outside to a private and sunny courtyard shaded by native trees and a Tui who visits most days.

Come and relax in our lovely comfortable Airbnb with an open-plan living area and sheltered deck. It is situated on a large section with a lovingly maintained garden, making it suitable for a family get away or for use when in town on a business trip. The Esplanade and river walk are only 800m away and the CBD is a quick 1.5km drive. We are also in close proximity to Massey University and UCOL. The friendly host will ensure you have everything you need.

Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
