Go 1 block south of us for public access lighted fishing piers, boat ramp, and family-friendly beach. One block to the north and you will find a variety of food options and cute boutique shopping.

Enjoy a pool, tennis & basketball courts, a kids' playground, and 3 fishing piers. Inside, relax in a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The layout suits families or groups, with a king bed and ensuite in the primary room, 2 queens and ensuite in the second, and 2 queen beds plus 2 twins in the third.

Two bedrooms, one bath with a living, dining, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Sit on the upstairs deck and watch the birds and dolphins or sit downstairs under the deck and watch the sunset. The property also has a pavilion with a table and seating, a long pier with benches and a fish cleaning station and plenty of space to spread out.

Welcome to our Spacious Relaxing Getaway! Our home is a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy fishing at the lighted pier. You can bring your days catch back to the fish cleaning table at the house. Stop by and enjoy the FishVille restaurant down the road. Please note, this is not a "party house" for large groups. It is able to accommodate 10 -12 people but is not set up to host large parties.

Palacios is not a tourist laden, busy place; it is far off the beaten path and provides a laid back, tranquil vibe to unwind and enjoy.

Our 300-foot lighted pier is the centerpiece where you can fish, drop crab traps to soak, or enjoy a nice evening stroll to the benches at end of the pier. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10. Sleeping arrangements include 2 Kings, queen, queen+double, sofa bed. Boat ramp in the community. Road dead ends at the bay into the Jensen Point Community. No Galveston or Port A crowds.

The Sunshine House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 2 blocks from the Palacios harbor. There is great fishing from the piers. The Sunshine house is walking distance to the water, fishing piers, restaurants, and downtown Palacios. Great bird watching also! Plenty of room to park your boat, or if necessary we have storage to get your boat or camper inside at a different location. Bicycles are available upon request.
