Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

The George Lodge.

Nestled in the heart of Barrowford, Lancashire, this unique 1-bedroom cottage is part of an 18th-century public house, once used as storage for The George & Dragon. Born from a lockdown project, it blends modern design with original 18th-century features, offering a boutique stay with all essentials provided. Ideal for couples, and pets are welcome 🐶. Adjacent to The George & Dragon, which serves delicious homemade food, live entertainment, and screens all live sports just steps away.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Our stylish cottage is centrally located in the historic market town of clitheroe. Nestled on a quiet street, this fully refurbished gem, is just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. It is ideally placed to visit the local attractions such as Clitheroe Castle and museum, the Grand Theatre, Homes Mill and the Everyman Cinema. There is a pleasant outside space where you can relax before heading out on your new adventures.

There is Gas central heating which is on for three hours in the evening and 2 hours in the morning during the months of Oct 1st to March 31st. If heating is required after this that period there is an off grid charge of £65 for up to 3 days April 1st to Sep 30th) must be booked a week in advance x

If you love walking / mountain biking again this is the place with many walks and trails on your door step . We can now accommodate 3 people at the cottage, we have a double bed and sofa bed . There is also a lockable bike shed should any of our cycling guests need it . Lots of free parking
