A king-sized bed and beautiful linens add a romantic feel to the bedroom and throughout the property a traditional style has been retained offering comfort and quality. Surrounded by the pretty South Oxfordshire countryside. The Farm has footpath links to walks on the Ridgeway and is situated just outside the historic town of Wantage. White Horse Hill is just a short drive away as are the many attractions of Oxford which is just 12 miles away.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. The Cotswold Wash House nestles in the slopes of the Windrush Valley on the edge of Great Rissington. The village has a manor, church and inn; all the charm of a bygone age. The compact cottage combines antique furniture with modern interior design. You'll find a super kingsize bed with crisp, white cotton bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped. We provide a generous breakfast hamper which includes: tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, eggs, butter, jam, marmalade and some cookies.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Granary near Burford in The Cotswolds

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.
