Located in a very safe quiet safe area just walking distance from well known restaurants and a short drive to the beach this is the perfect place for any family looking for a holiday or group of friends looking for a quick getaway. The guesthouse is spacious open plan and is separated from the Main unit. There is safe gated parking next to the unit. A one bedroom flat with separate bathroom. 2 single beds which can be joined together if need be. Simple but comfortable. Bathroom has a shower - small and clean. Parking in the driveway directly outside the flat entrance. Flat is along side a family home and guests are welcome to join us in the garden and use the pool with prearranged permission.
