romantic experience in the center of amsterdam. a quite and private place near Rijksmuseum and famous squares. the boat has a bathroom,one bedroom and a couch for sleeping so there is room for four persons and is private !tv and internet are available and the kitchen has an oven and microwave ready to use. the neighbourhood has nice restaurants, bars, shops and around the corner walking five minutes along the beautiful reguliersgracht you enter the rembrandtplein. this is a remodeled houseboat that still has its historic character. built in 1920, it was used to transport potatoes, sand, and all manner of food and industrial goods. the pictures show one of the original families that lived and worked on the boat in all of Holland. it is one of the best preseved houseboats of its age in Amsterdam.

Desde la casa flotante,​ está a poca distancia a pie de Anne Frank (10 minutos), el museo Rijks / Van Gogh (20 minutos) y el área de Jordania (2 minutos). Mi casa flotante ofrece un lugar maravilloso, tranquilo y pacífico en uno de los mejores canales. Es muy céntrico y al mismo tiempo, disfrutarás de la zona de Ámsterdam. Sentado en calma en el canal, hay muchas ventanas que dejan entrar mucha luz. Siéntete libre de utilizar mi cocina, si puedes resistirte a los muchos restaurantes encantadores y lugares para desayunar justo a la vuelta de la esquina.

Precioso estudio, pequeña cocina privada, baño y regadera. Para 2 personas; se puede ampliar a un máximo de 4 previa consulta. Una hermosa experiencia: ve en bicicleta al centro de Ámsterdam o al Muiderslot. Fácil acceso en transporte público y estacionamiento económico. Un lugar encantador, con un espacio al aire libre con vista al mar abierto, en contacto directo con los elementos, donde te despiertas por la mañana con el sonido de los pájaros. Hay una canoa disponible previa consulta para que puedas salir al agua por tu cuenta.

There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.
