This tree house is a cozy place to unplug. Guests enjoy private beach access to Marion Lake just across the road. This is an off-grid stay with an outdoor shower below the house and a chic outhouse a short walk from the front door. There is no WiFi, making it easy to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. Meals are cooked outdoors on the propane grill, ideal for slow mornings, sunset dinners, and relaxed lake days.

Also includes 3 stall garage. Pets welcomed. There is a 50.00 pet fee for each pet. Extra guest charge: $100 per person, per night for every guest over 10. Pontoon available for rent. 15 minute drive from Perham and Detroit lakes. Kayaks, paddleboard, grill, yard games included. Fire globe and fire pit on site.

Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.
