Roast s'mores and catch shooting stars around the campfire at night. The best part of the Cooperstown Boathouse is falling asleep to the melodic sounds of the lake waves below you.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fire place , fire pit, and plenty of books, games, and toys to keep you and your loved ones entertained! We also have shared lake access to Otsego Lake.

Nestled on 6 acres in the heart of Cooperstown, Woodland Pines Cottage is just a short scenic drive outside of town and all the wonderful amenities Cooperstown has to offer. 6 minute drive to the Village / 12 minutes to the Dreams Park. During the summer, we follow the Dreams Park calendar of 6 night rentals. Updated bathrooms and kitchen, fully furnished with basic essentials provided. Sorry, please no pets.
