Our 4 villas are furnished, airconditioned & with modern bathrooms, 2 villas having heated showers. The place comes with a kitchenette & access to Hi-speed Wi-Fi. This beautiful apartment is suitable for a couple with 2 children. HSC is a secluded homestay in Southern Cebu. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

Guests have easy access to everything from this centrally located room. Located beachfront, the newly refurbished room is first floor elevated position with a large balcony terraced area directly overlooking the sea /beach area for sardine run and turtles. The building is a large Beachhouse with just two separate accomodation. This beachfront room has two queen beds and private bathroom. Downstairs is our own relaxing resto bar for meals and drinks either dine in or room service

Amlan ocean guest unit

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
