Very quiet area with plenty of play areas for children, also many hiking and swimming opportunities; only 15 minute walk to the beach at Oksval. Lambertseter bekken renner langs eiendommen, og munner ut i Ljans elva like ved.

And one more bathroom down stairs . A nice and small garden. It is located In between Lysaker and Skøyen train station. Three minutes walk to the tram that will take you to the city center in 15 minutes. 5 min walk to the bus station taking you to Aker Brygge.

Asker house with spectacular view, 20 km from Oslo

My house is 160 kvm and consists of two floors. It is situated on a top and has a beautiful view over Asker, Bærum, Oslo and the Oslofjord. Quiet area and close to the city center. Beautiful sunsets around 10-11 pm on the balcony during summer. Asker has great possibilities for: hiking, biking, swimming, down hill skiing, running, coffe shops, shopping, cinema and it is close to Oslo city center.
