Studio apartmentwith king size poster bed and large couch two dressers fridge and microwave, shared washer and dryer. Private entrance and private full bath room in the house. I prefer no children under 18 . Helpful owner 15 to 20minutes to hospitals and Naval Air Station and 25 min to the Beach. Long-term stays may consider kitchen use one day a week No animals not even service dogs. I have cleared with Airbnb because my dog doesn’t like other dogs, but does like all people.
