WIFI throughout the house. Large privacy fenced backyard with seating, small grill and a dining area. Washer and dryer available. There are beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a beach umbrella available for guest use. Master has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin XL and there is a full size sofa bed.

We love our ocean front condo for it's stunning no-drive beach and pool right outside the door. Just minutes from Daytona. Walking distance to many local restaurants, an ice cream shop with mini golf on premises, a convenience store, Publix less than 1mi. away, and a local art shop offering instructional classes. Watch the sunrise, sunset, AND rocket launches from the balcony!

Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Had an unexpected cancellation due to tenant illness for January 2026.
