The cottage feels like a treehouse looking onto the tidal marsh behind Nauset Beach. Inside you will feel the vibes of a nostalgic cape cod cottage with modern amenities and style. Chill out on the deck. Take a 10 minute walk to a private section of Nauset Beach or drive to our free association Nauset parking lot.

We are close to the beach, restaurants, and many family-friendly activities including biking, whale watching, kayaking, mini-golf and of course, swimming! Located right in the village of East Orleans, you will be close to Nauset & Skaket Beaches, inlets, ponds, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. The great location makes it convenient to all of Orleans, Chatham, Brewster and the Lower Cape. Perfect for couples, singles, and especially for families with kids because of our large yard!

Welcome to Rock Harbor! Nestled just steps from the picturesque Rock Harbor in Orleans, our newly renovated Cape Cod cottage offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. Ideally located between the vibrant villages of the Mid Cape and the natural beauty of the Outer Cape, it’s a great home base for day trips to Provincetown, the Cape Cod National Seashore, and local favorites like Chatham and Hyannis. Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

Nauset Heights Cottage- 5 minute walk to beach!

Charming three bedroom completely renovated Cape cottage that sleeps six with a large open kitchen, deck with seating, and a grill. Large private yard sheltered by trees has room for croquet and corn-hole, as well as a secluded outdoor shower. The house has beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys available for your beach days! Downtown Orleans is an 8-minute drive away; North Nauset Beach, Priscilla Beach, and the Mill Pond are all a five minute walk away!

#6 Ocean Oasis Studio, 300 Yards to Glendon Beach

Newly renovated 250 square ft studio at Near Beach Rentals. 300 yards to Glendon Beach. Fully furnished studio waits for your Cape Cod getaway. Head to the beach in the morning and you're close enough to walk back for lunch. Studio comes with a queen bed, a twin bed, kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, air conditioning, 40" smart TV, newly renovated bathroom, Wifi, and access to the shared courtyard with grills and furniture.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Cozy Waterfront Apartment, Private Beach Access

Charming living space with nautical decor invites you to unwind off the grid for a few days. There is a window seat for reading, small high top for morning coffee, and all the accessories for a relaxing day at the beach. A five minute drive into town for local shopping and dining.
