Secluded Casita in Wine Region

The Casita is a separate building next to our home. Its unique design with saltilo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space. Close to Orfila winery, and San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq and pool in our shared back yard space, available for our guests only, upon request. This space is not offered for parties, or gatherings, sorry.

It is near the Safari Park, wedding venues and is walking distance to 4 wineries! The property is gated so guests feel safe and sleep peacefully in the quiet of the country. You will love the fresh fruit, farm animals, and tranquility of the location - all while only being 4.5 miles off the freeway. This space is excellent for couples, friends and solo adventurers.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Private Apartment

This attached apartment to my home has a private entrance with driveway parking. There is plenty of street parking as well. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom. Enjoy your privacy during your stay! * Sorry, I am unable to accommodate long term stays * there are safety concerns with assistance animals as current dog on premise is aggressive towards other animals.*
