There are two 1st floor bedrooms with full baths, large family room with fireplace and island kitchen open to the family room. The second floor boasts a game room, fully equipped media room and two additional bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom. Upgrades include, washer, dryer, refrigerator, blinds , wood stairs, vinyl plank second floor, Tesla charger and fully equipped media room with tiered seating.

My cabin is under 2 miles for interstate 10/ Katy freeway, just over 10 minutes to the 99 parkway. Only 1 mile to the local grocery. Across the street the the century old seasonal Brookshire rodeo and trail ride. Mostly it’s just a stable and horse ranch. Zero gravity massage chair, California king bed, ps5, full size fridge, stationary bike, weights.

It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life.
