Located less than 45 min from downtown Summerville, 40 min from I-20, 1 hr from Downtown Charleston, and 25 min from I-95. We are a livestock property and for the safety of our animals we only allow 1 pet per reservation with a strict leash policy.

With three comfortable bedrooms (1 King 2 Queen), bonus game room that also has a pull-out full bed and two sleeping cots, large sliding glass doors in the living room that invite natural light in and offer views of the great outdoors it's the perfect place to play, recharge and reconnect.

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.

The Cypress House

Stunning views and peaceful setting directly on Lake Marion. The entire property will be yours to enjoy for the length of your stay. The property can sleep 14 guests in a total of 9 beds, another 3 on the couches, and still have room left for air mattresses to be utilized if you have a larger group.
