Wrap around verandah taking in rural views, french doors into most rooms. Stainless steel kitchen, Wide old floor boards. High ceilings. Ten minutes out of Orange and close to local wineries and food producers. We supply continental breakfast provisions including fresh and poached fruit, house made muesli, yoghurt, juice, local sourdough, jam and cheese. Coffee, milk and a selection of teas also provided. The spacious 40 m2 studio has a large queen size bed, a big dining table, lounge, big smart TV, a big desk / office area. Also includes split system-reverse cycle air conditioner, portable heater, electric blankets and a ceiling fan to guarantee comfort all year round.
