We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Relaxation or play? You will want to stay for the view! Bring the family and hang out in the family game room. Take a short drive to Lake Livingston State Park for hiking, swimming, or fishing. Please note the yard is NOT fenced and there is a city leash law.There is no direct water access from the house. Public fishing is allowed at the boat ramp bulkhead.
