A bright attractive annex, in the market town of Thornbury, Bristol. Close to walks, cycling routes and restaurants. The space has its own entrance leading into the self contained annex, comprising of bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area. Full size frdge/freezer and combi microwave, plus shared laundry facilities and off street parking. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk and Bristol is a 40 minute drive. We are just a stone's throw from the ancient castle and the impressive Priory Church of St Mary. Within walking distance of the Chepstow Racecourse and a stroll from the railway and bus stations. 300yds from the River Wye and central to all restaurants and cafes etc. Situated near the AONB Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

Sensational country walks and cycling straight from the property, but only 3 minutes from the M5 for maximum accessibility to the local areas of Bath, Bristol, Chepstow and Gloucester. The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
