An ancient house in the center of the Old Town. It's 3 storey apartment 15 stairs far from the main street but in a very quiet nook. Downstairs is the living room with a sofa bed for 2, dining area and kitchen (open space plan) with bathroom (shower). Bedrooms (with private bathroom each) are on the first floor and in the attic. There is a small kitchenette in the attic room too. kitchenette too. Newly renovated small medieval house modernly equipped. Less then 5 minutes from public parking space or public transportation (in the pedestrian zone). Only 15 stairs far from the main street. At their service 24 hours a day. Experience living in ancient city (inhabited from 4th century), in a house over 500 years old. Feel the spirit of small Mediterranean town where everything is close, on a walking distance. In 15 minutes you are on a beautiful island where Austrian kings had enjoyed in 19th century. A boat for this heaven on earth - island Lokrum is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and it's available whole day. Walk in a shadow of exotic trees while peacocks are walking with you, have a swim in a small lake in the middle of the island, or let your body soak the warm Adriatic sun on a naturist rocky beach. Maybe you are more interested in a good wine or grape brandy with herbs? Pick one of several excursions in nearby Konavle (half hour drive) and taste good wines, goat cheese and prosciutto ham, delicious figs. You are restless spirit? You are on ideal spot. Discover nearby islands by kayak, go cycling or horse riding in Konavle (half of an hour drive), or just wander on one of 4 islands in the vicinity (ship and ferry are available several times a day). You can visit surrounding countries in one day excursions - exotic Mostar with medieval center built by Ottomans in Bosnia and Herzegovina or old stone town of Kotor in beautiful bay on Montenegro coast. Or just explore hidden corners of Old Town of Dubrovnik wandering through narrow streets, numerous fortresses and hidden squares. It's in pedestrian zone, 5 minutes walk from public transportation, taxi or public parking. Beautiful blue, transparent sea, more than 250 days of sunshine, pearly white stone medieval city, 1600 years of history - it is Dubrovnik and its surroundings. The smell of pine trees, the taste of figs, grapes, great wine, prosciutto ham and cheese and fresh fish will satisfy every gourmand. A small, inhabited islands in the immediate vicinity and scattered villages in the area still reflect the traditional spirit of the Mediterranean.Warm, cozy and well-meaning residents will make you feel welcome. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Fantastic Location right in the heart of the Old Town on a street level building - only inside stairs to get to the 2nd floor! Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sunny & bright apartment. Bright open kitchen and living areas. Modern design tied in with the charm & history this historical town has to offer. This home has a bar below it on the same street. Some people find it loud between 10 PM and 2 AM. And some people don’t mind at all.
